How Squads Cup works
Pump.fun runs the Squads competition. For every team that takes part, Squads Cup deploys one coin on Pump.fun. Creator fees from that coin go to the members of that team, in equal parts.
Rule one
Each team in Pump.fun's Squads competition gets its own coin. The coin is deployed on Pump.fun by Squads Cup, and its creator fees are locked to a vault dedicated to that team. Fees from one team's coin stay with that team.
Rule two
When those fees reach the vault, they are divided evenly across the eligible members of that team. Four members and 2 SOL means 0.5 SOL each. Same team, same share.

A team's coin has put 2 SOL of confirmed creator fees in its vault. The approved member list has four wallets. The split is 2 ÷ 4.

The formula is share = floor(balance ÷ members). If the vault held 2.000000003 SOL, each member would still receive 0.500000000 SOL and the leftover 3 lamports would stay in the vault for the next round. A share below the published minimum — at least the 0.00089088 SOL a new wallet needs — also stays in the vault. It is included in the next equal split, and it is not added to the other members.
Only the creator fee of that team's coin enters the equal split.

A share goes to the members of that team. Members of another team, and wallets that only bought the coin, are outside this split. Joining the team on Pump.fun is what puts a wallet on the roster.
Pump.fun does not publish a membership API. Before a payout, Squads Cup records a snapshot of the team: the wallets, the moment it refers to, and the source of the list. The snapshot is reviewed before it can be used. Invalid addresses, program addresses and duplicates are rejected.
The payout receipt publishes that list and every amount. Open it and the shares of the included members match. SOL that arrives in the vault from anywhere other than the coin's creator fee is recorded separately and stays out of the automatic split.
Transparency
On the Squad page, open the mint. It is the Pump.fun coin deployed for that team.
Open the fee-sharing account. The only shareholder is the team vault, at 100%, and the admin is revoked.
Open a distribution receipt. The included members of that team show the same amount, each with a transaction signature.
